The Cotswolds Golf

16 members of the society visited the Cotswold Golf Hotel for the annual Ryder Cup competition.  The weather remained good for the weekend and the Captains, Nigel and Terry, made their choices in the order of play to secure as many points to cross the winning line as possible.  The outcome was that Terry's team were worthy winners 10.5 points to 6.5.  Winners photos of all the challenges set by the captains are below.

  • The Ryder Cup was renamed the Zsibrita Cup in honour of Steve stepping down from organising the gold weekend for the last 20 years or so

  • Not tto be outdone, Colin also scored 38 points on the final round, over to Tim!
  • Those attending the weekend had a whip round to make a presentation to Steve for all the hard work he has done over a number of years arranging these weekend. Thanks Steve.
